TBBCA Cultural Encounters Program offers opportunities to explore the Tampa Bay area’s cultural richness by facilitating unique experiences that expand awareness and introduce the public to artists, arts and cultural organizations, and their activities and programs. Through firsthand experiences, behind-the-scenes tours, guest speaker presentations, and networking receptions with TBBCA Cultural pARTners across diverse artistic disciplines, participants can enjoy and learn more about cultural and arts offerings and individual artists, including national and international artists-in-residence. TBBCA Cultural Encounters: 

• Develop and foster increased awareness and support for arts and cultural organizations, activities, programs and artists 

• Offer the opportunity for dialogue and closer engagement between the community and artists and arts and cultural organizations 

• Lead to a greater understanding of culture and the arts
