Apply for an Internship
The TBBCA Culturepreneur Leadership Intern Program offers post-graduate, college, and high school students mentoring and real-world business experience in an entrepreneurial non-profit setting. Interns are offered opportunities to learn and hone skills in leadership, collaborations, research, communications, public relations & advertising, marketing, social media, financial literacy, business etiquette, business/pARTner/donor/sponsor development and relationship management. Interns may participate in strategic planning, promotion, networking and involvement in TBBCA programs and events. TBBCA “CLIP” program helps prepare and cultivate the next generation of business entrepreneurs and arts and cultural enthusiasts and supporters through early awareness, knowledge, engagement and appreciation of arts and cultural assets in the greater Tampa Bay area. Applicants’ commitment of hours per week and duration of internship may vary. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. For students interested in receiving college credit, the TBBCA is happy to assist with any necessary paperwork, but it is recommended you check with your university/college for requirements and apply before the start of the semester. Internships are unpaid.
To apply, please email your resume and cover letter to executivedirector@tbbca.org. Please be sure to write TBBCA Internship in the subject field. Applicants interested in social media and/or graphic design internships may also include attachments or a website link to current work samples.
